Denmark, 1960s
Model 10 extending dining table in oak designed by Niels Moller and made in Denmark. This table has warm, old growth materials and organic styling. The gently curving, sculpted
edges create a very nice profile from any angle. Two extension leaves store beneath the table- the underside of each short edge pulls out and was designed to support the leaves (see condition
notes below for one end). An excellent example of Danish modern design in more uncommon oak. No maker's marks that we found except a sticker noting its donation to a charity event from the local
Scandinavian furniture store (pictured).
CONDITION NOTES: Restoration recommended- nicks, marks, scratches. One pull out leaf extension has a chip at the side pullout tray, pictured, that affects
the way the leaf functions- on this side, the leaf support droops. The other side functions as intended. Leaves and leaf extension trays have a darker finish than the rest of the table.
Restoration is recommended.
